Negative: Hi there, I just wanted to say that overall, our stay was absolutely beautiful. The accommodation itself was stunning and the amenities were outstanding — we really couldn’t fault the place in terms of comfort and presentation. However, I did want to bring something to your attention. When collecting the key and locating the car park, the area was quite dark. Unfortunately, due to the lack of lighting, I tripped over the rubber parking stop, which resulted in a black eye, a damaged cheekbone, and injury to my knee. It was quite a distressing experience, and my husband and nephew were understandably very upset. While this incident didn’t take away from how lovely the accommodation itself was, I do feel it’s important to mention, particularly as the car park is provided for guests. Improved lighting or clearer visibility in that area could help prevent something similar happening to others in the future.
