Positive: Very clean and located in a prime position in Canberra

Be wary of the full pictre. Positive: The apartment was cleana nd had what I needed Negative: The communication with. the hosts was problematic. They contacte dme one day beforehand asking for a Whatsapp number whihc I did not respond to. I thoight it was a scam. usually we do our comms through booking.com which they did partly but mostly on whats app. I can provide a copy if you need. They provide codes and vide4os to get you in. The keys to the car park are inside the apartment. There is no extrenal key box. so you need to go and get the key first then come downstairs and move yor car etc. They sent 3 videos and many pics but the pics would not stay up oin my phone for viewing from beginning to end. The car park has abot 500 car psaces over 5 levels and the weird thnbg is that the car park numbers are NOT sequential. Their instrctions re finding the carpark were very complicated. It took me 60mins to find the carpark along with the help of another resident. Crazy! There was very little service. I asked if a friend could come aloing and there was an extra charge. I asked if I cold go in 2 hors eraly and that was to cost me $50 per hor or partthereof. The nmber that is on the booking.com communications has a full mailbox and is not useful They are located on mainland China and that is why they use Whatsapp. They wold not call me bt were happy for me to call them. They eventally did call me bt I misssed their form. If yo leave something beind tere is a $60 "fine".They dont even take the garbage out when departing. My compliant is really with the group that runs this booking, not with booking.com and not with the paartmet which was fine. Thanks
